Mozzarella di bufala
Italy is synonymous with Mozzarella! And when it comes to mozzarella di bufala it can only be made with buffalo milk from the pastures of Campania and Lazio regions, in the south of Italy. The product has a white porcelain color, smooth surface and soft moist texture. The taste is intense with mild yet slightly tart taste.
